Claire and James first began collecting art together in the mid 1990s focused, initially, on British artists from the School of London to young British artists (yBas).

Their early purchases included Anya Gallaccio’s most famous work, a floor of ten thousand fragrant English tea roses, entitled Red on Green, which has been exhibited around the world.
